In an effort to get healthier, I've started using http://www.fitbit.com to track exercise and such. Anyone else use it that would like to add me as a friend?
I don't have one, but this sounds like a great idea! How do you like it so far? I used to have a similar gadget (body bug or something) but after a year it required a paid membership to see the data.
I like it so far. I've been walking a fair amount more than I used to, which is nice. Still working on the intake side though; I'm really crappy at remembering to log my meals. In any case, you don't have to buy a fitbit to use the service; a normal pedometer will work, you just have to enter in your steps manually. Though, obviously, it works better if you have one, as it can do some rough distinction between types of activity and syncs more or less automatically.
